Dear Customer,
JJS Technical Services has been servicing gas monitoring needs for
over seven years. We provide value added on-site service which
means that we see our customers face-to-face every month.
This monthly interaction has enabled us to understand how our
customers view their gas monitoring program. Two things we've
learned gas monitor calibration, maintenance, repairs, and records is
something that they simply don't have time to do or don't want to
do. It is seen as a hassle. And second they are tired of the high
cost of repairs and maintenance.
That's where JJS comes in. We alleviate our customers from this
nuisance by enabling them to concentrate on their primary job while
doing it at a price that is more than likely lower than if they did it
themselves.
Unfortunately this level of on site service and convenience was only
available to customers within a feasible distance until now.
We have listened to our customers desires and designed a program
that offers the same benefits (and some impressive new ones) and
is available to you no matter what your Geographical location is.
With this program you will never again have to worry about
calibration, maintenance, expensive sensors to buy, records to
keep, calibration gas to buy, in fact you will never even have to
buy another monitor (unless you want more).
Just think how much simpler your job will be if you never have to
worry about these things again. Just turn the monitor on and go.
Now I'm sure your thinking that something like this is too good to be
true or that it must be expensive. However once you learn about
how the program works you will see that neither of these is true. In
fact it is actually cheaper than some other company's Gas
Monitor's alone.
This is a complete gas monitoring program designed for your
convenience and to keep costs down for your company.
If you've ever experienced the frustration of trying to repair a gas
monitor that your are not trained to repair, or getting an invoice for a
repair that is almost the price of a new monitor, then you will
appreciate just how revolutionary this new program is.
And don't forget the Gas Monitor is FREE.
If your ready to ditch the hassles and high maintenance costs and
want to learn how the program works continue reading.
How the program works
The instruments included in the LOGIC program are the Gas Alert Micro
and the Gas Alert Series of instruments including the new water resistant
Gas Alert Extreme. All utilize the latest state of the art technologies in the
gas detection field. They have been engineered to be the smallest,
lightest, most compact personal gas monitors available while still
maintaining strict quality standards. The size and weight difference versus
other monitors on the market is quite dramatic. Due to the smaller size
workers are much more likely to use them. This is a commonly overlooked
but very important factor.
Once you decide the model and quantity that will suit your needs we will
enroll you in the LOGIC program. Now the following point is the key to
how it works:
The program consists of two sets of monitors.
You will be given the first set and at the end of the first month of usage
you will receive the second set from us freshly calibrated and serviced. You
will then place the expired instruments into the shipping container and
send them back to us where they will be serviced, calibrated, and returned
to you at the appropriate time the following month.
EX: You need 10 Gas Alert Micro monitors that detect CO, H2S, O2, LEL.
We will send you the 10 instruments. After you have used these
instruments for 30 days you will receive 10 more freshly calibrated and
serviced instruments. Simply take the expired instruments place them in
the shipping container and send them back to us and the procedure will be
repeated the next month.
With this continuous swapping of instruments every month you will always
have a gas monitor that is fully functioning and in date.
To get started you just buy one set of instruments and enroll in the
program for two years at a cost of $95 per month/per instrument for 3
and 4 gas instruments and $75 for 1 and 2 gas instruments. At the end
of the two years you have a choice:
If you would like to discontinue the service we will send you a REBATE for
the purchase price of the instruments and you will keep one set, or
if you would like to continue the service for another two years you
will be UPGRADED TO NEW INSTRUMENTS AT NO CHARGE. If you
continue to renew every two years you will never have to buy
another gas monitor again. You will always have the latest price
equivalent model every two years. And since your instruments will never
be more than 2 years old they will be very reliable.
There's no contracts, you may cancel at any time however to qualify
for the rebate or upgrade you must complete the two years.
While in the program there are never any sensors or repairs to pay
for (unless the instrument has been abused). If you are familiar with the
expenses related to the upkeep of gas monitors you will realize that this is
a huge savings.
You will also receive a detailed calibration report in whatever format you like
electronic, paper, or both. Now you don't have to worry about filling out
calibration logs the work is done for you.
Another advantage to the program is virtually no downtime. If you have
experience sending instruments in for repair you know that most places
take weeks if not months to get the instrument back to you, leaving you
without a monitor during that time. With our program if an instrument
goes down just give us a call and we will dispatch a unit from the second
batch, overnight if needed; or if it's not urgent just include it with the
return batch of instruments and it will get repaired on the next cycle.
You will also save money by not having to buy calibration gas or pay an
employee.
We're sure you're interested in how the program stacks up dollar wise vs.
doing it yourself. Below are some price comparisons for you to see you'll understand why we named it the LOGIC program, because it just isn't logical to do it any other
way.
TYPICAL COSTS OVER 4 YEARS
LOGIC PROGRAM
48 Months X $95/Mo = $4560 - $695 rebate or upgrade credit= $3,865
Self Maintenance
(2) Gas Alert Micros ($695 ea.) = $1390
(4) Cylinders of Cal Gas (1 per year @$300 ea) = $1200
(1) Regulator = $350
Labor @ $25/hour 1 hour per month X 48 months = $1200
Annual Recertification @$200/year x 4 years = $800
Total Cost = $4,940
That's a savings of $1,075 on just one monitor, just think if you have
10 or 100 the money you'll be saving, not to mention all of the other
great benefits you'll be receiving and no more hassles to deal with and a
new monitor every 2 years.
If your wondering why there are two instruments listed for the self
maintenance since there's no need for a second set to perform a
monthly swap, it's because it is cheaper to buy a new instrument every
two years than to buy one instrument and change out the sensors over
four years. If your going to spend the money you might as well get a
new one.
How the LOGIC program stacks up against
other Gas Monitor companies:
LOGIC PROGRAM Gas Alert MICRO (CO, H2S, O2, LEL) $95/mo x 12
months = $1,140
Popular competitor instrument (CO, H2S, O2, LEL) = $1770 just to
purchase
Now you have to factor in the cost of calibration and maintenance:
$300 gas +
$25 Labor x 12 months = $300
1st year = $1770+$300+$300= $2370
More than double!!!!
Not to mention the cost of repairs if needed and sensors
Not to mention with the LOGIC program you'll have a new instrument
every two years, with the competitor you'll constantly be putting money
into an old instrument after a few years.
Not to mention the Gas Alert Micro is the most compact monitor on the
market. You'll enjoy using it much more than the competitor's.
As you can see choosing the LOGIC PROGRAM is just pure LOGIC!
FAQ
Q. Do I have to pay for 2 sets of instruments?
A. No, You only pay for one set. At the end of two years you receive a
rebate for the instruments you paid for, or if you wish to continue the
service for another two years you are upgraded to new instruments at no
charge.
Q. Do you keep the maintenance logs?
A. Yes, you won't need to maintain any calibration logs. We send the logs
with every shipment. You can elect for paper, electronic file, or both.
Q. How am I billed?
A. Quarterly. The first billing is for the instrument and 3 months of
service. Three months later you will be billed for the next installment of
service.
Q. What monitors are in the program?
A. The Gas Alert Micro which is a multi gas monitor that can be configured
for one to 4 gases. The most common configuration is Carbon monoxide,
Hydrogen Sulphide, Oxygen, and Combustible gases. The other units are
the Gas Alert Series single gas monitors including the new Gas Alert
Extreme which is water resistant.
Q. Are there any contracts to sign
A. No
Q. Can I cancel at any time
A. Yes, but in order to qualify for the rebate or free upgrade you need to
stay enrolled for two years.
Q. Is shipping included in the monthly fee?
A. No, Since shipping costs vary from customer to customer and month
to month it wasn't feasible to integrate it into the monthly pricing
structure. However since you will have one set of instruments the second
set can be timed to be sent economically via UPS ground for just a few
dollars a month instead of costly Next day air. The only time next day air
will be needed is if an instrument goes down and you need a replacement
out of the second set overnight. The instruments are also lightweight
weighing 7 oz or less which greatly reduces the cost.
Q. Should we send the chargers and batteries with the returning monthly
shipment?
A. No, just the monitors unless they are defective. Just take out the
batteries from the instruments you have and put them in the freshly
calibrated batch.
