Services

Calibration and Repair:

$150.00 per instrument. Includes inspection, repair (if needed), calibration, cleaning, and certification. Any needed parts are additional. Our new online service module is a first in the industry! This online system keeps track of all of your service requests. You will be able to log into your account and see a complete history of all of your service requests, approve work orders online, check the status of existing workorders, and view calibration certificates for all of your instruments that have been serviced.

Mobile Service:

Mobile Service is available in select areas of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Stop worrying about your gas monitors! With on site service your monitors will be calibrated and repaired to whatever frequency suits your needs. With on site service your gas monitors will experience no down time.

Mobile Service Rates:

$75 per instrument. Includes inspection, repair, calibration, cleaning, certification. Any needed parts are additional

0-10 Miles - 3 instrument minimum or balance of difference
10-30 Miles - 5 instrument minimum or balance of difference
30-75 Miles - 8 instrument minimum or balance of difference
75-125 Miles - 10 instrument minimum or balance of difference
125-175 Miles - 15 instrument minimum or balance of difference
175-250 Miles - 20 instrument minimum or balance of difference

250+ Miles - $750 per day (8 hours) including travel time and expenses. Billed in 4 hour increments.

Houston/ Gulf Coast Area Customers: We are considering adding a mobile service to the Houston/Gulf Coast area to service our customer's gas detection needs. If you are within a 250 mile radius of Houston and would be interested in this service, please fill out this Houston Mobile Service interest form and we will contact you when we are close to operation.

On-Site Needs Assesment:

$750 per day (8 hours) including travel time and expenses. Billed in 4 hour increments.

Fixed System Commissioning:

$750 per day (8 hours) including travel time and expenses. Billed in 4 hour increments.

Training:

On-Site Training - $750 per day (8 hours) including travel time and expenses. Billed in 4 hour increments. Training customised to the individual needs of the client

In House Training - Gas Detection Bootcamp - $250 per day per person. Factory certification and gas detection principles training seminars are conducted in the Chicago area several times per year. Please inquire about our schedule of training dates
