Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown are current U.S. prices. You can confirm current prices and availability with our Customer Service Department by phone, fax, or e-mail. You can also request quotations to be sent to you by fax, mail, or e-mail. Quote prices are valid for sixty days from the date of issuance.

Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, EFT, Check by Phone, Net 30 days (with established credit)

Discounts: Certain items are available at discounted prices when you order them in quantity.

Sales Tax: JJS Technical Services is required to charge sales tax on items sold to purchasers in Illinois for which sales tax exemption certificate has not been provided.

Returns Policy: We want you to be satisfied with each item that you purchase from us and we will do our best to see that you are; this includes assisting with the use of any of our products and our money back guarantee!

If, for any reason, you aren’t happy with a product of ours, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money, within 30 days of purchase. To return an item:

1. Simply contact us and let us know of your intent to return an item and to be issued an RMA number
2. Place the item back in the original packaging and in new condition; items not in new conditions may incur a restocking fee or be refused
3. Pack the item in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape
4. Return to us by UPS or similar (for your protection, we suggest that you insure the item)
5. Prepay the shipping charges; we do not accept COD shipments.

Product Design Changes: Due to continuing improvements in design, some items may differ slightly from the description and photograph in the catalog or website. Specifications are subject to change without notice. If you have questions, our Application Specialists will be happy to discuss any design improvements and advantages. We continually update our database with all current product information and changes, which we will relay to you when your order is processed.

Shipping:
JJS Technical Services will not be liable for any claim, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part due to delay in or failure to make delivery when such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by act of God; strike or other labor difficulty; transportation problems; inability or delay in obtaining necessary labor, material or products from usual sources; material shortages; accident; act of any civil or military authority; act of war; or act of purchaser; or by the occurrence of any other contingency beyond JJS Technical Services reasonable control. In such event, the date of delivery or time for completion shall be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay. Products considered hazardous for shipping will require special packaging, handling, and additional shipping charges. FREIGHT IS PREPAID AND ADDED TO CUSTOMER'S INVOICE ON ALL ORDERS, unless otherwise stated, to customer's place of business anywhere in the contiguous United States, using routing of our choice. Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by customer. If any item is backordered on an order qualifying for freight prepayment, that item will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss pass to customer on delivery to the common carrier. International orders may incur additional shipping costs depending on destination. All shipping discrepancies must be reported in writing to JJS within (10) business days from the date of receiving goods.

Minimum Order: We appreciate all orders, so there is no minimum order requirement.

Claims: Your order is filled, checked, rechecked, and packed with great care. If damage has occurred, keep the carton and all of the packing materials. Please report the details immediately to the carrier and then contact our Customer Service Department.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales by JJS Technical Services are subject to JJS Technical Services Terms and Conditions of Sale, which can be reviewed by clicking Here, and which shall be controlling in the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the terms and conditions set forth in any document issued by the Buyer.
