The WaterWorks™ Peracetic Acid High test strip comes in a bottle of 50 test strips. Peracetic Acid High (PAH) is used as an anti-microbial agent which the FDA recommends is under 220 ppm for washing meat. This range gives food processing facilities the ability to test for FDA compliance of these solutions. This simple 20 second test can detect Peractic Acid between 0- 3000 parts per million (ppm).
