CM780N In-line Brix-Monitor by Atago U.S.A.

This refractometer is a compact in-line model which can be incorporated in piping of manufacturing plants, or a liquid mixing apparatus, or a washing apparatus to continuously measure concentration ( Sugar content : Brix ) and is suitable for use in control of mixing or concentrating processes at food manufacturing plants, in control of fermentation equipment (alcohol, soysouce, etc.), in control of concentration of water-based or alkali-based detergent, etc.

Features

• The recorder output (4 to 20mA) and the RS-232C output are incorporated to enable automatic control by interlinking ith external equipment.
• Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) allows the correct concentration (Brix) to be displayed and output, even if the temperature of the sample changes.
• The sample temperature can be displayed by pressing ? key while measuring Brix (%).
• Safe for Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes (power source must be turned off). (Up to 130°C)
• Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) range of 5 to 100°C, allowing for high temperature in-line samples to be measured accurately.
• "Default" function restores factory settings.

This model features a higher accuracy level than the CM-780N. It measures from 0.0 to 60.0% Brix at the accuracy of ±0.1% within a sample temperature of 5 to 60?.

PRM-100alpha In-line Refractometer by Atago U.S.A.

The unit measures the refraction of light generated between the prism surface and a liquid sample. The PRM-100? is upgraded from the PRM-85 in the following aspects:

Simply attach the unit to a piping system to monitor food or beverage production, pharmaceutical production, industrial fluid, washing devices, dilution/mixing devices, etc. Continuously monitor water content and mixing ratio with successive measurements of refractive index, Brix, or concentration.
