HI 935007NS is a portable thermometer that measures temperatures as high as 1350°C. The resolution remains 0.1 up to 199.9°C and automatically changes to 1.0 above.

The fixed HI 766C penetration probe with 1 m (3.3') flexible cable is also supplied with the instrument.

With the optional protective rubber boot, HI 935007NS can be used anywhere with maximum impact protection. These features along with a wide measurement range make HI 935007N extremely popular in catering, food preparation and restaurants.

The HI 935007NS adds a HOLD button to freeze the display to allow the user time to record readings and a stability indicator.
