K-1013 kit comes in a cardboard box and contains everything needed to perform 30 tests: thirty ampoules, Acidifier Solution, 25 mL sample cup, ampoule blank, and instructions. This kit requires the use of a V-3000 Multi-Analyte Photometer or a spectrophotometer capable of accepting a 13-mm diameter round cell.
Film-forming amines, also known as FFAP or FFP, are chemicals applied in high-pressure boilers, cooling systems, and HRSGs to guard against corrosion and reduce the presence of corrosive agents. The K-1013 test kit utilizes the Rose Bengal method to detect and measure these substances in boiler water or steam condensate.
Analysis Time: 2 minutes
