SXM-1 Soil Moisture Sensor by Agrowtek

SXM-1 Electronic volumetric water content (VWC) moisture sensor for soil and other growing media. SXM sensors allow GrowControl™ GCX systems to monitor and log VWC levels and dry-down times, as well as manage irrigation based on VWC.

Water-proof probe inserts into media up to 4" deep or can be fully buried. DXI8 input modules connect the probe to the GCX control systems. Each DXI8 module can support up to eight (8) SXM-1 moisture probes.

Advanced high frequency electronic design is immune to e ects from salinity and composition. Probe is water proof and constructed of non-corrosive materials.

DXI8 DC 8-Input Module by Agrowtek

DXI8 digital control interface features eight (8) analog inputs selectable for 0-5V or 0/4-20mA. Analog inputs third-party analog 5V or current-loop sensor integration, as well as discrete sensor detection for SXL liquid sensors, float switches, and other dry-contact type sensors. On-board 500mA 5Vdc power supply provides stable power for analog or discrete sensing applications.

Connects instantly to Agrowtek's master control systems or intelligent sensors via a GrowNET port for advanced automated control functions. GrowNET port accepts MODBUS RTU communication for PLC control.

LED indicators on the front panel provide status of power supply and data communications. Designed for DIN rail mounting in control cabinets.
